Inspired by the “Buffalo Bill” character in Jonathan Demme’s Silence of the Lambs, I clothed my serial killer chair in a faux collection of human skins. The variety of skin color alludes to the serial killer nature of killing a multitude of people but fastidiously maintaining a collection of the killing.
